Sam’s Dog Hut has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its products from manufacturer defectiveness under normal use and condition.  All products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, store credit or an exchange which should be accompanied by a copy each of a Return Merchandise Form and Invoice.  If this information is not provided, we will not be able to process your refund, credit or exchange.  Also, please complete the Return Merchandise Form and email to us prior to returning products.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in refunds, returns, exchanges or lost items during shipping.  We recommend that you insure your package as well as use a shipping service that allows you to track and receive a delivery confirmation number on your package.

*(Exceptions): We will not accept merchandise that has been damaged, worn, washed or altered in any manner including its packaging.  Only unworn or unused products or manufactured defectives may be returned within 30 days of receiving.
