| Guarantee & Return Policy Sam’s Dog Hut has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its products from manufacturer defectiveness. All Sam's Dog Hut products have been carefully inspected before shipment. If there is a defect in material or workmanship, at our discretion, the item will be either repaired or replaced at no charge. This does not apply to damage due to customer's misuse, alteration, normal wear, accident or shipment. Returned merchandise will be accepted for inspection and disposition ONLY with PRIOR APPROVAL. Unsolicited and/or unauthorized returns will be refused by Sam's Dog Hut. Upon prior approval, Returned Merchandise Form must be filled out, signed and accompanied by a copy of Invoice or Purchase Receipt. Unworn or unused products due to wrong size only, may be returned for exchange only within 15 days of purchase date. After 30 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost involved in returns, exchanges or lost items and paying the price difference in exchange for a larger size. Shipments which are refused delivery for reasons not under Sam's Dog Hut's control, will be charged a 25% restocking charge and/or freight recollect charges. Upon prior approval, Returned Merchandise Form must be filled out, signed and accompanied by a copy of Invoice or Purchase Receipt. Since Sam's Dog Hut cannot control the security of the merchandise after it leaves our warehouse, all claims for damages, lost, etc., occurring in transit, must be made with the shipping company (UPS, USPS, ect). Therefore, Sam's Dog Hut recommends that you insure your package as well as use a shipping service that allows you to track and receive a Delivery Confirmation on your package.
